On June 14, 2021, office locations of the Illinois Department of Insurance will reopen to the public. We encourage consumers to continue to use the IDOI website, including the Message Center, or to call 866-445-5364 rather than visiting the office. Although walk-ins will be permitted, visitors should call 866-445-5364 prior to their office visit to ensure a staff member is available to address their particular issue. All visitors must wear a mask and abide by social distancing guidelines regardless of vaccination status.
